Synopsis

THE ARROW AND THE BAT PART 3 - THE FAILURE In Dhabar, Master Haim is presenting one of his assassins to Minister Skave. It is an extremely skillful archer who is needed because according to the principles of Haim an archer like Green Arrow needs to be killed by another archer.   Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne disguises as the private investigator Melford Sanson and visits Oliver Queen. He tells him about the recent murder of Queen's lawyer and then both of them drive to the river where the lawyer was fishing when he got killed.  As soon as Ollie is alone for a second, he is approached by the archer assassin. The man grants Ollie the first shot, but he is so quick that he is able to shoot down Ollie's arrow and to cut the cord of his bow with the second shot. Thankfully, Sanson throws a stone on the head of the assassin so that Ollie can knock him down using his fists. Ollie is impressed with Sanson throwing the stone and then realizes that it is actually Batman under the "costume" of the private investigator. After Batman is gone, Ollie is shooting some arrows and completely misses anything he wants to hit. Obviously, the bow skills of the assassin totally screwed up Ollie's confidence ...
